Privacy notice

The plain English version of how the SLRA waitlist handles your data.

Who we are

SLRA Performance, based in the United Kingdom. For anything related to your data, contact info@slraperformance.com.

What we collect

Your email address, required to join. A signup may carry an optional source tag (e.g. “landing”) that tells us which page it came from. If you choose to answer the optional questionnaire, we also store what you tell us: your training disciplines, the products you’re interested in, what matters most to you, and where you train. The questionnaire is entirely optional. Skipping it changes nothing about your place on the list.

Why we collect it

Your email is used to send you launch updates and early-access news about SLRA products. The optional questionnaire answers are used for product development and launch planning, so we build and prioritise the right products for how you actually train. Your answers are tied to your email so we can plan accordingly. We don’t sell, rent, or share your data for marketing by anyone else.

Lawful basis

Consent. You join the waitlist by choice, and you can withdraw that consent at any time unsubscribe from any email or write to us and we’ll remove you.

Processors and hosting

We use a small number of service providers to run the waitlist: Supabase (database, hosted in Singapore), Resend (email delivery, EU region), and Vercel (website hosting). Each processes your email only to provide these services to us.

Retention

We keep your data (your email and any questionnaire answers) until launch communications end, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Deleting your record removes your questionnaire answers along with it.

Your rights

You can request access to the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. These rights apply under UK GDPR and under applicable Southeast Asian data-protection laws, including Thailand’s PDPA and Singapore’s PDPA.
